Sponsorships and naming of the tournaments are offered on a first come, first paid basis, with the previous years sponsors having until November 15th, to commit.  Then it will be open to new sponsors. We offer different levels of sponsorship depending on how involved your company wants to become. This is a great form of tax deductible advertising. Most single hole sponsorships at charity tournaments run between $125.00 to $250.00. You can get your sign at all 12 tournaments, 2 charity tournaments plus an ad on our website for as little as $1000. There are currently four sponsorship packages offered:

PACKAGE #1 - ONLY 2 available for Windsor 2010

$1,000 – ($400 in CASH and $600 in CASH /SERVICES or PRIZES) - this is a total value of over $2300 and it includes:

• 1) Your hole sponsorship sign at all 12 Bogey Golf Tour Events ($1800 value)
• 2) Your hole sponsorship sign at 2 local Charity Tournaments (Rotary & Sport Fest) ($300 value)
• 3) promote your business through our web site with your logo and link to your site , plus additional   ad space for special offers, discounts, etc. to BGT members ($120 value)
• 4) plus 3 free $50 memberships to give to your employees or clients ($150 value)
• Also, a link on Sport Fest Windsor web site and your logo on all mailings/tournament handouts, etc.

PACKAGE #2 - SOLD OUT for 2010

$1,500 - ($400 in CASH and $1100 in CASH, SERVICES or PRIZES) - this is a total value of over $3500 and it includes:

• 1) A Tournament named after you or your company ($240 value)
• 2) Your hole sponsorship sign at all 12 Bogey Golf Tour Events ($1800 value)
• 3) Your hole sponsorship sign at 2 local Charity Tournaments (Rotary & Sports Fest) ($300 value)
• 4) on the BGT Web Site-a) Home Page- tournament ad with your company logo, info and link to your web site
  b) Sponsors Page- ad with your company logo and link to your web site, plus additional ad space for special offers, discounts, etc. to BGT members
  c) Stats Page- history tournament ad permanently on BGT web site ($960 value)
• 5) plus 5 free $50 memberships to give to your employees or clients ($250 value)
• Also, a link on Sport Fest Windsor web site and your logo on all mailings/tournament handouts, etc.

$2,000 - ($650 in CASH and $1350 in CASH/SERVICES or PRIZES) - this is a total value of over $4100 and it includes:

• 1) a BGT MAJOR Tournament (Masters, Players Championship, US Open, British Open, PGA,      Canadian Open, BGT Invitational) named after you or your company ($480 value)
• 2) a hole sponsorship sign at all 12 Bogey Golf Tour Events ($1800 value)
• 3) a hole sponsorship sign at 2 local Charity Tournaments (Rotary & Sports Fest) ($300 value)
• 4) on the BGT Web Site-a) Home Page- tournament ad with your company logo, info and link to your web site
  b) Sponsors Page- ad with your company logo, and link to your web site, plus additional ad space for special offers, discounts etc. to BGT members

$2,500 - ($600 in CASH and $1900 in CASH/SERVICES or PRIZES) - this is a total value of over $5800 and it includes:

• 1) on the BGT Web Site-a) Home Page- Your company "Race to the Cup" button to merit points ($400 value)
  b) Sponsors Page- Your company logo, and link to your web site, plus additional ad space for    special offers, discounts etc. to BGT members ($400 value)
  c) Stats Page- at the bottom of all 16 tournaments with your company logo, info and link to your web site. History tournament ads permanently on BGT web site ($4200 value)
• 2) Two trophies with your company logo engraved presented to year end top merit point winners ($600 value)
• 3) 7 free $50 memberships to give to your employees or clients ($350 value)
• 4) The BGT Cup Championship tournament named after you or your company ($240 Value)
• Also, a link on Sport Fest Windsor web site and your logo on all mailings/tournament handouts, etc. We are open to any sponsorship ideas you have and we can cater to benefit your business.
  Any sponsors wishing to promote their business further are welcome to provide tournament giveaways with their logo (i.e.: balls, tees, ball markers, shirts, hats, etc.).
