and/or injury at any of our scheduled or non-scheduled events. Payment of membership and tournament fees one week prior to an event will confirm your Tournament spot (space may be
limited at select tournaments). The Bogey Golf Tour director and BGT committee make all final decisions regarding all aspects of the Tour. The Bogey Golf Tour reserves the right to deny
or revoke the right of any individual to participate in the Bogey Golf Tour, if, in its sole discretion, it is determined that the applicants or participants presence would impact
adversely upon or to be detrimental to the image of the Bogey Golf Tour. As a participant of the Bogey Golf Tour I give the right to use my image, name and email address on the web,
and/or any telecasted, printed advertising or promotional material for the Bogey Golf Tour. If I choose not to have my image, name or email posted I will submit expressively in writing
to the tour director. If a player does not show up to an event registered without 3 days notice, 100% of Tournament fee will be charged. All players must show up to any registered event
rain or shine - The golf course makes all decisions regarding Tournament cancellations and rain-checks.
